I recently had some vouchers refused in an online transaction saying I'd already used them. I couldn't remember using them as I usually keep the paper ones and cross match to online codes then destroy the ones I've used but I still had these ones. I never even thought that I could have been hacked.

But, as I mentioned previously, my Tesco bank vouchers never show up in my online account so I always have to use the paper version of those anyway.

They were 'refused' because it was a different account.

As you said you don't see your Credit Card points on-line, you would get two statements, for the two different accounts.
It's part of the measures against Clubcard fraud that you can't mix vouchers from different accounts.
Get them merged together, then you'll be able to use both sets of vouchers together, it means to just one statement in future, and please note you won't see both sets of vouchers on-line.
If you merge 'A' into 'B' you'll only see B's vouchers - hence it's important that you physically have either both or at least A's vouchers.
    HTHs.
I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard

The vouchers that were refused were the ones accumulated from shopping at Tesco and not the banking ones. I hadn't mixed them.
