Could you let me know where it has been moved to!!
Just an update thought while I am here. First of all thankyou for all your comments. I thought I had thrown them out but fortunately I hadn't and when I phone Tesco the woman was very helpful, told me not to worry and that she would sort it out and come back to me. She could see that I had 688 pounds in my account and asked me if I had phoned up previously to say I had been hacked as the points had been carried over after my previous phonecall. So the plot thickens as I haven't phoned Tesco, in fact haven't looked at my account since before Christmas. Also there were 2 instances of me using vouchers in the last couple of days which I assured her I hadn't. So it is all very bizarre but she reassured me that I would not lose the points. Will keep you postedSmile though your bank is breaking:)0 -

Either follow the redirect from the board or subscribe to threads you post on so you can find them again via CP control panel.“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -

Tesco are being pro-active, in that if there is any suspicious activity on the account e.g. someone may try to use someone else's voucher on-line, then all the unused vouchers are cancelled and the points are credited back.
This might have happened in your case - though in that event you would hear from Tesco, however, it may explain why the person you spoke to thought you'd called before!I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Don't worry! My account has been hacked twice, in spite of having super safe passwords. On both occasions the points have been recredited. Just give them a ring, and also report it to action fraud.0

The outcome was that my account had indeed been hacked but Tesco are sorting it. Someone had tried to use my vouchers and spent 69 quid of them, then Tesco clearly got wind of it and cancelled all my points so they couldn't get anymore. All sorted and very quickly phew!! Thanks again for all the advice, knew you lovely lot wouldn't let me down xxSmile though your bank is breaking:)0

The worrying thing is that this is obviously commonplace. The fact that they are so quickly recrediti nag the account means that they know that the problem is at their end. The first time my account was hacked they suggested that it was because I had let someone access my account or use my PC. This time they did not even query it. I too save up so have hundreds of pounds worth of vouchers. I really like clubcard deals, but this worries me.0

Not pro-active enough to actually plug the leak and catch the hacker though.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

Problem is there is not 'the hacker', there seems to be more. Once one has found a way, he/she is spreading the word.
I understand there have been some arrests, but I don't know any details.
'How', is always a challenge, and in a sense can never be 100% stopped, with modern technology always trying to find a way around security.
I saw a frightening programme recently on BBC Click - about how vulnerable smart phones & wifi connections can be hijacked e.g. the person on the park bench next to you could see on his smart 'phone what you were doing on your smart 'phone!!
Perhaps why Tesco are concentrating on only allowing the right vouchers to be used in a transaction, not another account holder!I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0
