Looking at the pack its full of lies and inconsistency, They say a statement is on a sign but when you look at there image of the sign the text is not there.

It seems from the redacted contract that the land is owned by the local council so I will be writing to the MP asking why council land is allowed to be run by such a company.
I have also sent an email asking the council to confirm that they do own the land as the contract states.

Just sent POPLA a 3 page letter regarding the BS evidence pack from Excel. Excel have quoted data from another parking site in the pack, The landowners contact is incomplete, There saying that there is text on signage that is not, No ANPR data what so ever, BS pre - estimate of loss statement.
My 3 yearold could do a better job.
Now to start my MP letter, If any of you guys want to include any text in the letter just let me know.
