Nothing.
The POPLA date is a guide so you may not hear tomorrow. Lots of PPCs are now not providing evidence packs and so you win by default.
Who are the PPC and did you use the template from here for your POPLA appeal ?
Forgive my ignorance but what is an evidence pack? I'm still waiting POPLA code,the BPA have acknowledged my complaint about the PCC and have agreed with my position that a code should have already been supplied.They claim to be investigating the issues raised.I'm hoping that the PCN will be cancelled, but I need to be ready if not so just need to confirm what an evidence pack is.Thanks0 -
