POPLA tomorrow but no evidence pack

My POPLA appeal is due tomorrow but the PC have not sent the evidence pack. What should I do?

Nothing.
The POPLA date is a guide so you may not hear tomorrow. Lots of PPCs are now not providing evidence packs and so you win by default.

Its Excel. I used the basic templated from cuponmad and went from there.0 -

I have sent POPLA an email advising them that Excel has not sent the evidence pack and requested that the appeal be adjourn if Excel has entered any defence to the appeal.0

Popla seem to running a bit behind at present. I know a few people got results yesterday for appeals scheduled to be assessed on 2nd May0 -

POPLA is running late at the moment, mine was 2 weeks later than they said it would be.0
