Ebay shop sellers question

in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels
Just been reading on the Ebay discussion boards, and someone has said that their shop door on their account has turned blue, and their sales have stopped


Someone else says their door has turned red, and sales have started again.


My door is blue and no sales yesterday.


Coincidence ?

    Mine is currently blue also and I haven't had any sales this morning which is unusual but I couldn't tell you when it turned blue.

    Up to around 2pm yesterday our sales were normal but then we had no further sales until 10pm when we had 3 in 5 mins and then nothing again until 4am and then another 5 in 5 mins which is VERY unusual.

    We have roughly 100 sales a day on eBay (give or take a couple) but so far we have had 11 since 12pm yesterday.

    My door changes colour regularly; currently its blue and sales are the same as when its red.

    It's the middle of the month and yesterday was midweek. My sales are steady but do increase in the last week of the month when people start getting paid and/or its the weekend.

    I find that a Wednesday mid month is a quieter day generally.

    I think that the door colour affecting sales is one of those theories tbh :)

    Have to find a reason for no sales ;) However, I would be interested to know why the colour changes

    How odd, have never noticed a change in door colour! I am currently red and chugging along with the usual amount of sales...
