..but the small avian has a thick file of correspondence with the MP for St Albans who is most certainly interested in these matters (and all the more so since she will want the little birdy's vote in less than a year).
A real "choice" MP - she "only" got done for 7 (seven) grand's worth of expenses.
EDIT: Back to my original question: would it be feasible for anyone "done" by PE in this car park to be able pursue them through the courts for "dishonestly claiming money" or something?0 -
Can you prove the dishonesty ? You have 6 years to make a claim, whether the claim has any merit is up to the courts to decide, we can't say one way or the other as each situation is uniqueWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
