Indeed, I am one of many who bought a Now box to watch Iplayer and then (as I am sure was the Sky/Now plan), bought a sports day pass for specific games. On both attempts Nowtv failed to provide any service so I feel entitled to complain. I have Nowt to cancel so the only way I can let them know they are failing is to complain. If no one does we condone their approach
