TS are you going caravan this weekend? just the weather;)
Morning bubbs, so relieved for you that your OH finally has an appointment. :T
I have the family descending on me for the weekend so don't think I am going to get chance. Typical when the sun is shining.
I have to try and clear DD2's room a bit, I was doing the same before she came home last time.:rotfl:
Going up in the loft this afternoon when Mr TS is home, I can't manage to get the ladder down by myself. Few boxes of things need to go up I want to keep from mum's and couple of things I forgot to put up last time like the unwanted Vax steam mop. I'm sure it will be useful one day when I have the kitchen floor I want.
And DD1 wants DD3's old high chair from up there for Teeny. Sometimes being a hoarder has advantages.0 -
Was thinking yesterday how easy new levels on Candy are
Then level 588 appears and I am stuck  :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I am stuck on 586 !Morning all!
Me! Me! I use Bare Minerals 'fairly light' and it's great, it blends in really well and doesn't look TOO pale. I was actually surprised because the woman at the counter said 'very light' would be too pale for me, which is the first and last time I'll ever hear that :rotfl:
Thank you - alas there is something in Bare Minerals that makes my skin react/itch so I can't use itI am quite pale and don't tan only burn. I use Avon, the ivory and shell are not too bad. The pale girl out of Girls Aloud does a range for really pale skin but I don't know how good it is or how much it costs.
Thanks I haven't tried Avon so will add it to my list to try, I did look at the girls aloud website as a girl on the Benefit counter suggested her but the website looked a little dodgy I think some Debenhams stock it so have made a note to look for it next time I am near one
On the plus side I have just been into MrShoes as I am their palest shade (calico) but the one I tried I didn't like the texture the lovely SA gave me 2 sample pots of te different ones and there us enough in them to kast at least a couple of weeks0 -

Edit: possible small glitch with the snickers flapjacks. if these are used as a trigger with the Jamaica Ginger cake in the 2 for £1.50 offer this will return 41p on APG in a Sainsbob comparison as only 65p . If combined with milk chocolate hobnob flapjacks against Morries should again return 41p if the right comparison is given by APG. I say if because we all know how hit and miss Morries comparisons are.
Here are the items included in the 2 for £1.50 offer

I;m the same and fry even on days most people wouldn't even consider puttin sun cream on...I don't give a monkey what people think...I slap it on all over!!
some of the cream I have childrens banana boat 50+ doesn't rub in very well and I look like a ghost!
the Mrs isn't too impressed but heyho...ive had enough of burning!!:D
I've found the aerosol versions are actually better than the creams for absorbency. I got a factor 30 and a factor 50 from Home Bargains back in about Feb for £1.99 a can. DH will even use it without moaning that it smells/is sticky/won't rub in etc. so that makes a change. I don't like the kids stuff much, it's either really thick, or greeny-blue! They don't seem to make many 'normal-coloured' adult suncreams higher than factor 30, which is a pity as I may burn easily but I don't think blue is a better skin colour than red!0 -
