Their neighbours from hell antics are worthy of a TV program especially as the lady is mildly famous or at least notorious.

 Their is nothing worse in my eyes than someone who can afford to rent a property (meaning they obviously have quite a bit of cash) stealing from the system which leaves other poor people without.
I would definately report them and you can get advice from:http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/MoneyTaxAndBenefits/BenefitsTaxCreditsAndOtherSupport/BenefitFraud/index.htm?cids=Google_PPC&cre=Money
and you can get the form from:
http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/MoneyTaxAndBenefits/BenefitsTaxCreditsAndOtherSupport/BenefitFraud/DG_10014876
They should also offer cash rewards or tax breaks for people who report these thieves and ban THEM from letting properties again.0 -

dont tell anyone that you are reporting him, not even your friends( incase you fall out later) and ring the benefits hotline, give as much info about the bully as you can.if you need to give your name just give a false one.keep phoning about them with false names and as soon as they get a few complaints they will look into it .0

I don't know about others but I'd be there with my box of matches"One thing that is different, and has changed here, is the self-absorption, not just greed. Everybody is in a hurry now and there is a 'the rules don't apply to me' sort of thing." - Bill Bryson0 -
*starts gathering brushwood*"Mrs. Pench, you've won the car contest, would you like a triumph spitfire or 3000 in cash?" He smiled.
Mrs. Pench took the money. "What will you do with it all? Not that it's any of my business," he giggled.
"I think I'll become an alcoholic," said Betty.0 -
