I've gone through three, same deal as ee but they now include 0845 and 0800 numbers. It's £4 a month more but I do call 0800 numbers.

I tried to order mine online on Saturday but could not find an option to add a voucher code EE5CDISCOUNT on the EE site on the checkout tab.

I therefore tried calling them and they waived the upfront cost for the handset but have lost cashback from quidco. Am very disappointed.

Can someone please let me know the exact place where they entered this voucher code? I am tempted to cancel my order which is due to arrive on saturday this week and re-order it online so that i can claim both, free handset as well as cashback from quidco.

    Thanks.

Even though Quidco has tracked it might not pay out it does say of you you use any other code it may not pay out.

I entered the code towards the end just before payment I think. We don't know where the code came from and when it's due to expire so even if you cancel it may not work.

Finally got my number transferred did it Thursday after 17.30 bad mistake it takes until Monday. Otherwise all is fine

Just noticed n update from a user: "nellyhart"

UPDATE: Today I recieved my phone, AND also had £46 cashback from Quidco confirmed!!!!"

So it looks like the cashback from quidco has worked alongside with the free handset code which i do not know where to enter it on the EE website.

Was this on the "confirmation" tab as opposed to the "checkout" tab?
