Stone found in chocolates - what rights?

I had an issue with some Tesco finest sausages, which they were 'investigating' and never got back to me.
Being Tesco "FINEST" brand, I assumed they'd be a decent quality, but I found a huge solid lump (stone??) inside! This is it:
Bleeeuugh! Never buying Tesco sausages or processed meat again!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
