I really, really wish the 'team' would actually say WHERE they have moved threads to to get more help.
Ive complained about this time and time again but they don't listen.
All you have to do is say, whe have moved it to '....xxx...' it would take seconds.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

If you are reading the thread, just look at the column on the right, just below those three who say they run the forum is the "forum jump" box. That tells you where the thread is.0 -
I found coloured glass - like off a bead in jewellery in a jar of coffee once. I took back to the shop they sent to the company who sent me an apology and some vouchers for free coffee. I think that's about as good as it gets0

It may take them some time to work out how it got into the chocolate, and I'm sure you rather they investigate it thoroughly rather than just fob you off with a "sorry" and chuck everything in the binSquirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.

they'll just show a stock photo of a chocolate...in case we didn't know what a chocolate looks like. We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I'm not after compo, of course. Just wondering how to get the best out of a disappointing product. It's a growing brand, one I really like, and the least I'd expect is some free stuff, not least as hush money for not tweeting how dangerous their supposedly luxury chocs are.
Thanks to those who helped here.0 -

How dangerous are they then? More or less dangerous than other chocolate brands/products?
And on a more serious note.....in food preparation there is always a risk of some sort of contamination.
If there was no actual injury caused/loss suffered then I'm afraid you're not legally entitled to anything. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
