Hello again ,
I posted on 28.03 and 22.04 about this and have now received NTK.
The only significant new point is that in their photographic evidence there is one of a UKPC sign. Having checked again , this sign is obscured by a tall wooden structure and when seen from the parking spaces it is so small and distant to be totally unreadable. In my appeal I will show a photo of the sign as viewed from the parking spaces ( instead of a close up as in UKPC sign )with a vehicle in the foreground for reference.
At the time I took photos from five different viewpoints ,none of which showed any UKPC signs.
Thanks to Bod1467, ColliesCarer , bazster , and Coupon-Mad , I will now send off the template letter for First Appeal ( their own form is too small) ,Any further comments before I send the appeal ?
