Alleged parking in a private space.

Parked by my surgery 26/03 to collect urgent medication ( I have a heart condition but do not qualify for a Blue Card ) and returned to find an official looking parking ticket ( yellow - black edging - adhesive " do not remove envelope " on my car windscreen. Got home to find it was from UKPC a private company , not council.
The pre-printed charge alleges " breach of the terms and conditions of parking occured ( sic ) (should be "occurred " ) on private land ( details of which were clearly and prominently displayed and agreed by the driver by the act of parking the vehicle ) " The alleged breach is described as " Parked in a permit space without displaying a valid permit "
I dispute this because ( 1 ) This alleged breach was not locally signed by UKPC . (with or without terms and conditions.) On return I found a small sign " Private Parking residents only " apparently erected by someone connected with the nearby residence . ( 2 ) The charge was invalid as there is no such word as " occured " in English Language . ( 3 )
A lesser mistake , the vehicle was described as " silver " . It is actually blue .
This company is discredited because they had no UKPC signs ,spelt the official printed breach wrongly and described the vehicle wrongly.
I have taken photographs of the area to prove lack of signs ,also documentary evidence of parking charge and welcome advice from some of the well-informed forum members that have posted previously .
Thanks in advance , againstum !
PS - What is my next move ,wait for NTK ? They are threatening me with an increase in the fine if I do not pay within 14 days. Also advice on reply and appeal without identifying keeper/driver.

Morning. Yes, wait for the NtK. If you use the template appeal in the Newbies sticky thread once the NtK has been received, this has been specifically written so as to only identify you as the registered keeper.0

I think that they mean "occurred", I do not think that that argument has legs. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

You think this invalidates any charge? Amazing!
The charge is invalid but certainly nothing to do with that!0 -

UKPC are lowlife scum, and you seem to have been ticketed by a busybody using their self ticketing system, they will give "Norris Knowitall" 10% of any revenue he generates.
Don't pay it follow the advice of regulars on here and it will actually cost THEM money.;)0 -
Thanks everyone , will put draft template on-line when NT K arrives. " diolch yn fawr " da_rule0
