I had to spend ages researching about visa charge back regulations which I think only applies to visa debit cards. However, if you see my earlier post about reoccurring transactions I would think these would be standard regulations for all 'merchants' ( the scammers in this case)which they must adhere do when taking 'reoccurring transactions' using any debit card or credit card. Using a credit card might well give you more protection but you would have to research it. However, my advice it just state what I put on the earlier post to your credit card disputes department via email, think you should get your money back.

Lastly, did you really see the Tsand Cs before purchasing as I did not, yes the scammers say they were clearly displayed THEY WOULD !!!but I don't recall them, I saw them only when they sent confirmation email after they had taken my card details. However, even if they were displayed they still did not adhere to good practice as per regulations I stated in earlier post. Take a chance and get your money back. I would not mention the refund as the scammers won't challenge it, they have not tried to get it back from me. Whoever, these scammers bank with must be getting a lot of requests to return monies with their shady practices -! Also let the forum know if your refunded so people who used non visa debit cards or credit cards will know if they are likely to get their money back! GOOD LUCK:o

I took the advice of Sjc1973 and contacted my credit card company, sending them copies of all emails from Advanced White Smile. I am pleased to report that they have taken this case up under their Chargeback Service (which I was unaware existed) and they have now refunded me the balance! There may be further developments if the company's bank dispute the refund, but I guess that will be up to the credit card company to resolve.

Thanks again Sjc1973 for your advice, I would suggest others do the same and these scammers may think twice if people fight back!

Whitening Coach is a scam. They advertise that you will get a FREE TRIAL. If you don't like it, then you can return the UNOPENED package. How can you try it without opening it? That was my 1st red flag. I then sent back the product unopened. I called them only to get a robotic run around. They immediately billed my debit cart $28.71 +$3.87 for shipping. I filed a fraud case at my bank. They cancelled my debit card. What they sent was just a sample not worth this. I feel like they mislead their advertising, they have many conditions to make you feel like you are obligated to buy it. I refuse to get scammed! My advise to anyone is do not buy this!!

If you want to whiten your teeth, dip a damp toothbrush in Bicarbonate of Soda (from the Baking section of a shop), and brush your teeth with it. Use it occasionally. This is an old Folk Remedy, worth trying.

YAY just got my money back go through your bank people it takes a few weeks but they are breaking many rules especially that they only tell you the terms and conditions after they have taken your payment for postage this is not allowed nor did they have you sign anything to agree later payments and when they do they have to write to you confirming this which they don't do. good luck and thanks for all the advice guys it was this forum that gave me the info and facts that helped me resolve this.
