When CPW deliberately try to cheat customers out of legitimate cashback they offered as part of the contract they lose all right to "honesty" in return. Whilst they have been less DIShonest in trecent times, there have been at least 4-5 times in the past (one recently) where I and the people I watch over had to issue LBA's (and in two or three instances actually progress to instigating legal proceedings) to get their money.

    What's good for the goose...

    two wrongs make a right?
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Well, you could simply let them rip you off when they have a mind. When they force you to sue to get what they owe you it's entirely justifiable to not waste your time correcting their errors. After all, if the customer got it wrong they wouldn't pay and frequently lied to customers when refusing to pay legitimate claims. Having had to issue several LBAs (one recent) and actually commenced legal proceedings on more than one occasion between us I think they deserve what they get.

What did you do business with them multiple times, if they are as bad as you say? Perhaps your own experience has coloured your views.

To the OP, if you do not make contact with them to try to resolve this then if the mistake is ever discovered you would weaken your position. Especially, as they have proof you are aware of the situation.
