Good morning all, looks very much like rain here today.
Know what you mean about new boilers Sheils/Wingo, they are very efficient but to set them up is a pain.
I am sure you could find something to smile about SAX if you really tried:):)
You will really notice it when the clocks change at the end of the month firefly. You will have to be adjust your feeding times for your little zoo as you don't want to be going out in the dark.
Have a lovely day everyone, whatever you are doing and have a lucky day.BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0 -
Well kids dropped off, Honey walked, washing done and hung out and now it is latte time! I'm smiling on National Smiling Day!
Not as cold as it was yesterday morning but cloudy and the wind is just starting to pick up a little. I have really noticed the mornings getting darker - I used to be awake at 4 and it was starting to get light. Now it is still pretty dark at 7am! Not too long until the clocks go back though. Enjoy your day what ever your plans are. Mine include pottering on in the house with some hoovering and dusting:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0 -
Sunny day here but still nippy outside! I really don't want it to rain over weekend as that's when I wash & dry uniforms! It's a pain trying to get them dry now as I don't have my long radiator now that used to be on dining room wall we knocked down!
Hope the little zoo is happy now fire**fly after their feed! What would they do without you :A
It's generally darker nights when the clocks change too Sylvia, I worry about kids playing out in the dark! When me & DD went for bike ride the other night it got dark in a matter of minutes before we got home!
You've been lucky sheils having the sun for so longI think Bella might be right about us having a hard winter this year! We didn't get any snow last year as kids never got to go out on snow scooter I bought them!
Parcel man was tormenting me this morning. He pulled up outside my house and I stood at door waiting for him to get out van. It turns out there was a car parked at next doors and he couldn't get past it as road is narrow!
Hope he didn't see me waiting at door!
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -

Well done on your win Rose.
Naughty postie making you think he had got something nice for you Wingo.
Might be a good idea to start changing your feeding times gradually over the next few weeks firefly so they will be adjusted by the time the clocks change.
Why is it that when you are out shopping and say "I just want to pop in this shop before we go" that the DH suddenly want the toilet
Sun has come out here so going to go back out to do some gardening soon.BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0 -

Back home again. While I was out went in to the local Tesco Express with my Ocado voucher to get some fish. They had an offer on of two pks salmons fillets for £6 it was £4.50 for one so took the two. When I got to till gave girl the voucher and she noticed I still had the £1 vouchers so she asked for two of them. So got my fish for nothing was expecting to pay the extra. BARGAIN0
