Oh my!!!!!! It is the first time I have been out this Autumn and come back feeling sooooo cold! My ears are really sensitive and if they get cold they start to ache and this morning they are aching! Serves me right for wearing my hair in a bun! I will be either wearing it down or wearing ear muffs or a hat if it stays like this! Even Honey was shivering if we stopped so we kept walking - fast! It is so deceiving though as there is blue sky and bright sunshine! Time for a latte and my heat holders socks (I won several pairs last year, along with a heatholders blanket and leggings and seriously they are on my list of prizes am I soooooo happy to have won!):TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0

Been to PO it is a sub post office and Guy was celebrating 30 years of being there So anyone that goes in is invited to a tea party at 12 o'clock he has set up tables and chairs outside. Just as well it is sunny and dry.0

Morning all. Sure does feel nippy but sun is shining.
I've got DD2 off school today with sickness bug. I hate these sick bugs! She has street dance later today and needed to practise for show so I could have done without her being ill!
I've rubbed Buddha and gave him a pat on the head thanks fire**fly :A Like sheils my luck is dry lately so need a boost!
DH was cleaning my Hoover out the other day as it's quite difficult to turn to remove dirt. He must have threw my filter out as now it's not working properly but swears it wasn't in there!I couldn't open it myself to get to filter so it must only be him and it definitely was in there! I've not had it long either so will have to buy a new filter now! Groan!
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -

Oh dear Wingo! Hope you get you hoover sorted! I must admit a hoover is on my list of prizes to win as mine isn't picking up as well as it used to!
And on the subject of hoovers - there was a massive spider sitting on my light switch the other day, and being petrified of the hairy critters, I decided to suck it up using the long hose pipe on my hoover! Well after i'd sucked up I ran and put the whole hoover outside on the patio with the hose dangling just incase it crawled back down the hose and came for revenge! I left the hoover outside all day and when my eldest son came home from school I asked him to bring it in! I am a right woose aren't I!?:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0 -

Hello everyone
The weather is quite nice here, sunshine is just starting to come through.
Thanks for the Buddha firefly I've rubbed his tummy as I need some luck!
Well done on your wins too. Moosical cow sounds great fun
Love the kitty pic sheils
Bella my ears are very sensitive like yours - nobody else knows what I'm talking about when I say my ears are really hurting after being outside in a slight breeze.I wear earmuffs even in the summer, which everyone finds hilarious :rotfl:
Wingo hope your DD2 gets well soon, such pesky things these sickness bugs. As for men my DH is constantly messing with thins around the house then has no idea what I'm on about when things get broken or bits go missing!
I love my tea as well rose and always need several cups before I can start my dayand on that note I'm off to brew another
