Morning! Well no rain yet, considering it was meant to start in the early hours! There are black clouds looming above though so expect it to strat soon! No wind either - it feels like the calm before the storm as they say!



Just going to potter round the house today. I won Disbicable Me 2 on dvd and it arrived yesterday along with three bags of Haribo's Dispicable Me sweets so that will keep the kids happy for a few hours!

Rain finally stopping here. It has been so heavy - all Septembers rain in one day I think!
Keep thinking we are going away tomorrow. Just as well we aren't
as so many things still to organise .

Don't know if your kids are the same but whenever it's raining here my kids are in and out the cupboards looking for biscuits etc!

Postie brought one of those postcard satchets of Vichy serum I put it on around my eyes and it was lovely and soft but my eyes are quite sensitive when I haven't got contact lenses in and keep streaming now! Still, I might get some to keep trying to help reduce these crows feet around my eyes!
Nothing much planned today. Hubby and son going footy match so just me & the girls. Might get my bread maker out if I can be bothered!

afternoon everyone no rain here at the moment although it rained during the night gd is loving school she is a sweetie probably plays us all as she she is also a cuttie. gs and me were out in courtyard playing footie two other neighbours came out and joined us we had a ball. lol

Hope everyone is ok! Just a quick question, does anyone know roughly when the Xmas advent comps start? I've missed out on comping all year due to personal reasons but have just started again and would love to take part in advents
