Sheils hope you and DH have a wonderful holiday. Nice time of year to go.
I'm hoping September is luckier prize wise for me than August as I did not win a thing in August. Saying that I had a few samples (freebies) so can't complain.
Had a bit of an accident on Wednesday night (shows how easy these things happen), I was leaving my bin out and on way back into house had one hand on the bar of the gate, all of a sudden this strong gust of wind came flying at me and I could feel myself flying backwards, couldn't stop myself. Whacked the back of my head on the shed and fell to the ground (lower back is badly bruised). Lucky there was no blood and I lay for a minute and got up. Felt so stupid.
Great programme started last Monday night (I taped it but it has been repeated loads of time). 50 Ways to kill your Mammy. It is on tomorrow night again at 9pm on Sky1. A 38 year old son takes his 70 year Mammy
(they are from Dublin) to experience new adventures, to name a few skydiving, target shooting, catching criminals, roulette wheel, driving. It is hilarious.

Glad DH had a lovely birthday firefly. Its dull here and been raining through the night but dry at the moment. Glad you had a good August. Thanks for the Buddha pic, I love it when you post them. I have given his tum a good rub for September.

Hi Bella/Wingo, not long until the kids are back to school.

July and August seem to have flown by for us, what with the renovation to the house and everyone visiting during the holidays.

Had a lovely surprise when I went to pick up DS from the Station yesterday. He was walking without his crutches, very slowly, but he is getting there. Going to take him out for a cuppa later.

Have a lovely day everyone, will catch up with you later. Be sure to rub the tum of the Buddha that firefly has posted and have a lovely September.
