Good Morning,

Well done on lotto win wingo. Must admit I never do it.

DS2 finally arrived last night after a horrendous journey - the trains were all over the place up North because of the weather so he kept missing connections and all the buses were full. A girl asked him for his phone number on the journey - says that is the first time that has happened so he was quite amused. He does it often enough.
His phone had ran out of charge as I thought. Think he is here for about a week and then off to London for a festival with friends.
Been raining here but hopefully clear up.

So glad you son made it home! At least you know he had some 'company' during his long journey home!!! I wonder if she will call him!? Ahhhh love....I have forgotten what it feels like!

sunny start to the day here :j

glad DS got home sheils & was ok,
his journey sounds awful, I wonder as well if the girl
will call him

have a lovely walk on the beach bella,
sounds a lovely morning where you are for it :j

got the chores out the way early this morning :j
& hopefully if the sun stays out we've a potman
bird table that needs repainting ready
for winter that needs doing,
it was left here in the garden by a former
tenant so i've been looking after it &
claimed it

Ahhh love the birdhouse FF! We have a one too and I used the spray paint I won a while back to spruce it up! That spray paint prize has been so useful - I have spray painted all sorts - from planting troughs to bird houses, to wall plaques and our garden seat!

Girl has already "snap chatted" him FF & Bella!
He is thinking of going back to Edinburgh to live and that is where she comes from so he will probably keep in touch. He never misses a chance to get to know a girl.


Never seen a bird house like that one before FF.

Hi everyone, at least its not raining here today. Off the Leeds to see the shops.

Nice win Wingo, have a nice day at Flamingo Land. Shame about the mess from the plastering, I know how it feels. Have you tried that roll of stuff that looks like cling film for floors? It comes in a wide width and you just roll it over the floor, it comes in two types, hard floor and carpet floor.

Love the bird house ff, what color are you painting it? Is it save to use wood preservative on it?

hiya sylv, far as I know the wood preservative
is safe to use :undecided the birds don't use the potman though
because we have feeding stations placed around the garden
it's more of an ornamental feature really,
hope you have a lovely time shopping in leeds :j
