I've not really done any comping today, drinking 3 glasses of wine last night wasn't a very good idea & seems to of left me with a niggling headache that won't go away.

Thats us back now. Managed a walk at the country park just before heavens opened again. Stopped at Table Table for fish and chips on the way back so not cooking tonight either.

Well we went school stationary shopping this afternoon and it cost a small fortune - I think I will cry if I win one of the many back to school stationary comps I have entered!

Oh dear - just watching the news headlines and my youngest has asked 'mam, how does a baby panda get inside a mam one?' ...... my answer... 'em I am not quite sure, I'll have to google it!'

I agree Sheils - she will hopefully have forgotten by tomorrow! We have been to Edinburgh zoo a few times so fingers crossed a baby panda will arrive safely!

Oh dear Bella, the questions start! I had that off my youngest the other day too! She came down for a drink when OBEM was on and she was asking how babies were made. I said it was like when a frog has frogspawn and it turns into a tad pole. I thought I got away with it until she said...'but how did the frog spawn get there in the first place! ' I told her to ask me tomorrow as it was late! I think she has forgot!

DS2 coming home tomorrow so we are going to pick him up at Lockerbie. Thought we had another day until he arrived.
Poor DS3 has had a load of hassle handing his notice in but although he has got the rise he was supposed to get weeks ago they won't pay him any more. Can't believe how mean they are with wages for the chefs when the hotel charges so much and is always busy. :mad:
