Plumbing for outside tap

I've taken a photo, and I can't actually see where the pipe goes out - confused

As Ruski says there must be an isolation valve somewhere between the copper pipe t piece visible from inside the cupboard and the outside pipe.
Has it ever worked since you have been there?

No, only been here 7 weeks. I have no idea where the pipe from the outside goes on the inside...obviously due to it's location it's quite hard to play detective

Looking at the outside photo - I'd say about 450mm from floor level - which means (I'd guess) it does go straight out from the Tee piece.

Continue with the photo's - we'll get there

Is the outside tap to the right of the sink?
If so can you get behind the 'mug' cupboard?

This is the strange thing, the tap is in line with them pipes, it's odd, I'll go take a look hold on
