Returned faulty PC bought via Ebay/Paypal, Ebay refuses to refund

I got a faulty pc, no word from seller so opened dispute and they told me to return at my expense so I did so, when they didnt refund I waited till I could escalate and did so. A few hours later I get an email from Ebay saying I am suspended due to suspicious activities and the claim closed in sellers favour. So a £1200 pc…
