I *do* envy Generation X, Y, whatever, because they'll (hopefully) get to see more of the restart in the space programme. I can't help it, I want science fiction to become reality

I used to belong to the Mars Society - there was a lot of talk about one way trips, i.e. dying out there, thereby adding to the organic mix of the Martian soil
I suspect that was one idea for the idealists behind sending John Glenn back up when he was 75

I think DD and DS would be quite happy to live with us and their families in one big family jumble. Sometimes I think 'ah, how lovely' and others 'aaaagggghhhhh'
