That's probably with slow composting, INOD - weeds and their seeds only get killed with hot composting, which takes a lot of skill and attention, sadly - much more than us lot have, I think2023: the year I get to buy a car0

I believe SHS meant the past tense of 'wee'0

The compost heap is on a patch of bare earth in the greenhouse so quite secluded.0

I cannot see how you thought that part of my post was directed at you? It wasn't, I was simply stating there seems to be a lot of "buzzwords" and "new ways of doing things" in parenting, something I attribute to those with no interests other than their new child.2018 totals:

She's an honorary Scot, we all get sarcasm lessons at birth!I cannot see how you thought that part of my post was directed at you?
I didn't think that Alex, just chatting
Things are relatively quiet in Edinburgher towers, this month we're focusing on pensions and keeping cash back for renovations. This has led to some hefty bills (£1,800 out today to bathroom suppliers) and a decent chunk of money being siphoned into our SIPPs for bonds (£480 in a month, which the gummint will round up to £600. I suspect that it will take us a couple of years to properly rebalance our pensions between S&S/bonds.
Small amounts of the monies out have been funded by MB, cashback and savings interest, but we are selling off some of our riskier P2P loans to fund the house stuff. Not ideal, but one of those scenarios when a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
Looking forward to having the use of our lovely new bathroom in less than a fortnight :j0 -
