    Great news, was it what you were after?

    It's a fair price AJM and we are content with it (something like 5-6% appreciation/year for the time we have been there).

    Feeling an odd combination of happy, drained and relaxed.

    Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

    Excellent news! When I come to sell my house, I'll be coming to you for advice ... might even hang a slate heart if that's what it takes to sell a property for (above?) the asking price in a matter of a week. :D

    Cute as a button, weighs nearly a stone, can hold her head up during tummy time and has a winning smile :)

    I knew the slate heart was golden, might leave it for the new owners :rotfl:
