vax steam mop, argos

Apologiesnif this has been posted, I couldnt see it. I bought a vax steam mop for £34.99, reduced from £59.99. The model I thought I was buying was the s88 w1m b. Instead of this I received a s87 cx1 b. On quick googling, the specs seem similar but the mop i received comes with a free vax handheld grime master steam…

I'd just like to add 1 1/2 months after purchasing this, the floor mop has stopped working!!!!!! I guess now I'm going to have to suffer Vax's well known terrible customer service. I will be wanting a full refund and I will not be buying Vax again! It's obviously very cheap and nasty. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
