I've just reserved one but the price is £39.99! Have they increased the price? Presumably, it's still worth it?

Fortunately I reserved mine last night and was able to contest the £39.99 price tag because I had the reservation email on my phone. I reckon they've cottoned on because I took the last one in stock and there was still stock last night, so obv everyone's been down there today!

But thanks for sharing this because I got the 2 for £34.99.

Mazza- you'll have to decide if you think it's worth it- you're only saving £2 off Argos brochure price. But in my book- a saving is a saving.

Reserved one from the Walworth Road store, sent OH to collect and it's just the single. Bit disappointed, trying to work out if it's worth keeping or I should just return it. Oh well, can't win 'em all!

Reserved one last night and sent teenage son to pick it up today, when he went to collage, he text me from the shop as the assistant was trying to charge him 39.99, i said it was 34.99, so he said he had only got the money i had sent for it with him, she asked when i had reserved it and he told her, then she said as it was reserved last night he could have it at that price. The small one was in the box too, been trying that out on my tiles and very happy x

Reserved mine at East Ham - all gone now. Got S87 W2 WV with window Vac - can't find any reviews on this one and no-one seems to stock it - anyone got one of these and is it worth keeping? Really wanted hand held to clean oven!

Well, I received the S88 CX4 Vax Centric with free GrimeMaster. I have just been trying both and very impressed. Using the floor steamer is SO much better than a mop and bucket where I had to wait for hours for my floors to dry. It was also less effortful. The handheld just did a fab job on my oven, taking the grime off with no effort, using the brush attachment. Soon I'll be trying this on my shower screen, windows and mirrors. Can't wait! Best buy for me

Hi, I reserved three at 3 different stores within Newcastle upon Tyne. The first two stores I collected them from, Northumberland Street and Eldon Square it was the S88 inside the box and therefore did not come with a free gift. I simply had my money refunded immediately. The third store I went to in Newcastle (Byker branch) I eventually struck gold. It was the S87 in the box along with the free hand held steamer. My determination paid off! All branches in Newcastle are now completely out of stock. Each branch told me that they had been run off their feet for the item!! Many thanks MSE for the tip off!!
