Gooner999 - did you call them from a landline or your mobile? Have you got the call history to show the date and time you called them? (And possibly also the duration). This would be useful evidence to rebut their denial.0 -
Nope ...they say asked to cancel and sounds like they expected the PAC ...when it didn't arrive they asked for one.But the (new) OP says they DID ask for one, but EE are denying this.
