    Quick update to my post #14 on this thread. From speaking to friends it appears that letters from DRPL are now the norm from PE in Scotland.

    They still don 't get it: in Scotland the keeper can't be held responsible and as such any court action will automatically fail. At least, I assume they don't get it; otherwise it would just be an out and out con, and no reputable company would do that.
