Sellerdashboard - trending data

Just been looking at my seller dashboard, checked my trending data and found discrepancies both in the number of sales and the values.
Over a three month period, on the trending data I am missing 30 sales and approximately £550 worth of sales.
Luckily I don't have any defects over that period, but as they are calculated as a percentage of sales, they would have looked worse than they should.
Does anyone else have this ?

None of mine makes any sense, it changes all the time and I have defects as well that are nowhere to be found on trending or reports.
Great to think we are relying on this info for our future 'status'I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I noticed this morning on the defect preview that you can now click to see which transactions had a defect.
But this was pretty useless
According to the dashboard I have 4 defects.
By clicking on the link to see which transactions had a defect, only one was reported. And that was the one I already knew about. Someone had opened a not received case after three days, and received their item on day 4
I have two not as described defects and one dispatch time defect, which I was hoping to find out which transaction these referred too, but they weren't on there.
It's important to me to know who gave me the low ratings, to see if I think there's any justification in their opinions. But justified or not, they're gonna get blocked :rotfl:Early retired - 18th December 2014

Yes but only for the headline ones, so you can still be banned by getting an overall low score but only Item description and despatch stars count as a defect.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Do you have sales outside if the UK and ROI? The screen defaults to that view, you may need to select GLOBAL to see all your sales.0 -
Is there a set rule which determines whether your status determined by 3 or 12 month analysis, mine seems to dart from one to the other over the months. One month a three month period is my analysis, the next month could be a twelve month. Haven't worked it out yet.0

It is all to do with sales- if you are borderline it can easily swing between the two- month by monthI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Not sure but think I read somewhere that to qualify for three monthly assessment, you need to be selling 400 + items over three monthsYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever

If you go to your dashboard and still have the new pop up at the very bottom it will say....Other requirements for Top Rated sellers
eBay Top-rated
Transactions and sales
Sales transactions
100
Sales amount
£1,000.00
Apologies I'd that doesn't show well, it's a copy and paste. You need 100 sales or £1000 sales value in 3 months to be on a 3 monthly assessment.0
