What a situation to be in...trusting our businesses to a company that are unable to fathom out their own stupid metrics .
As if it wasn't already hard enough to run a business we have eBay now trying to ruin us and not understanding why they are doing it.
You couldn't make this up. Well, that's 1.5 hours of my life I won't get back. Decided to ask live chat why I have a defect for a low star which doesn't show on my reports.
After five transfers to different reps, detailed advice on how to improve my listings and a waiting time which increased every two minutes, I gave upYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever

About a month ago I tried the same thing, I had defects that did not appear when I ran full seller reports so I phoned up and chatted to them to ask why.
They just didn't know why, basically told me that the dashboard currently is an estimate! Very worrying info from CS who sounded as frustrated as I was about these metrics and defects.
Strangely enough all my defects on my business account apart from one disappeared about 10 days ago...I do not know why.
