:cool:You're not just "Having your say." Your posting things then people respond and it still isn't good enough for you. If the court sees fit they'll attach your benefit or at least in part. They can also send the bailiffs around to take items to sell, then you have the additional bailiffs' fees and walking possession orders. I'd just suck it up and move on.

Instead of telling others to get a life, why don't you get a job and pay the fine with money from that?

Well there's three nasty and insulting posts that you've posted in response to people trying to help you.

You clearly aren't willing to accept any help being offered so it would probably be better for a board guide to close it down.
Check the other person's post who i have insulted before you accuse me.

Research about what the baliffs can and can't do before you post rubbish.

It as to be ordered by the courts for the bailiffs to add their fee otherwise it is illegal.Bailiffs have to get in my property first and they cannot use a third party like the Police to gain access.

You are also editing your posts after others have responded. You asked a question - yes the courts can attach your benefits to pay fines. You now have your answer.

If your attitude in court is as defensive and accusatory then it's no small wonder you don't get heard.
I know i am editing my post but this is not deliberate after ppl have responded to my posts, its bc i have Mental issues. It is also that this site give you that option.

Some of you have started the ball rolling first by being rude and insulting to me so don't be hipocrites. If you can give it,then expect it back.

I haven't see anyone of you answer my question that i put in post 45,What would you sane ppl do if you knew you were not gulty of a crime, would you appeal or would you just except the guilty verdict?

Very much depends on the circumstances of the case. One thing I know is that appealing can both reduce and increase a sentance, and it is much harder to win an appeal than the original case. In the original case the law assumes you are not guilty. In an appeal the law assumes you are guilty.

Therefore, before I appealed there would have to be either new evidence, a new legal argument, or some procedural irregularity.

The simple fact of being not guilty wouldn't automatically mean I would appeal. After all, if the law has been an donkey once it may be a pony a second time.

Before any criminal trial I would consult a suitable lawyer ; before any appeal I would also consult an lawyer.

Before deciding whether to appeal I would seek expert advise as to what chance I had of winning the case. I would improve my chances of winning the case by getting experts to argue my case on my behalf. If an expert told me it was unlikely I'd win I would have to listen to them then make the right decision for myself.

I'd instruct a solicitor, obtain their on the likelihood of my appeal succeeding and only if they advise if appeal.

I have been sat in court and witnessed people represent themselves and the bench bend over backwards to make it fair. Unless it's something very simple they will urge people to get representation in the interests of justice.

I don't believe I have been rude towards you at any point.
Now, why are you so convinced of your innocence? That you didn't do it or you didn't mean to? Take Oscar Pistoruous... Complicated eh? He admits he did it and the whole thing hangs on his intent and belief at the time.

Lastly I know a whole lot of dedicated, professional and very able defence lawyers- now go talk to one instead of complaining on here

Bc the courts got rid of CCTV evidence which would have exonerated me,i was not there and that is why i am innocent. The witnesses description of me was different from what i look like.Aslo i was at the dentist at the time of incident. All the evidence i have descibed above was produced at time of court court trial.
