Courts deducting money from benefit

It is my Choice not to be represented.Solicitors don't represent you properly anyway they are only there to help courts run smoothly and on time.
Benefits are there for you to have the basic things in life to live if you fail to find work or can't work through illness etc. They are not there to my off a fine especially when you know your no guilty.
I don't want to pay this fine bc i no i am not guilty and this is why i am Appealing. Anybody else with a profession will have there conviction/fines stopped until the Appeal is finalized.
I am being discriminated against and victimized here by the "System".This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Btw,i got 7 day in prison in 2011 for failing to pay a parking ticket.I received a parking ticket off the police,i told the courts i was not illegally parked and i will not be paying the parking ticket of £30 and fine of £15.The judge refused to see my evidence which proved i was not illegally parked and sentenced me to 7 days in prison.
I tried to Appeal this ticket and conviction but the courts refused to allow me to Appeal. Why did the courts not take this parking ticket and fine out of my benefit then if the law was changed in 2008.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. I *think* that it's because a parking ticket isn't a fine issued by a court and can't be enforced in that way. If you didn't pay the parking ticket, and the issuer took you to court, and the judge had chosen to fine you rather than send you to prison, and you had not paid the fine, then the court could have applied to deduct the fine from your benefits at source0 -
you need to change tact on this. forget the court, go after the dwp and send a registered letter stating you want proof of order to deduct.0

You need a solicitor. It is clear you don't have the faintest idea what you are doing.0

you were also on remand in for 3 months at one time time to stop messing about and pay the dam thing out of the 120k you have invested somewhere.0

I think they will only apply for dedections from DWP if you fail to keep to any arrangement for the payment of fines the alternative is prison0

You were jailed for non payment and not the actual parking offence I assume?
You really need a qualified solicitor.0
