Hi,
I just received this letter from TNC. They called me a couple of days ago, but I wasn't home.
Today, I received this letter from them. I guess I should take this seriously now, because this is my car and I was at the address it says. However, I never got a ticket and I never had any letters from UCS.
What do I do now?

please read the NEWBIES sticky thread at the top of the forum, send the template letter to the PPC (not tnc) and state that you have had no documentation or windscreen ticket so are treating this letter as the first notification0

Ok, thanks.0

And get a free proof of postage from the post office for this, also send it electronically as well. Make complaints to the bpa and dvla about this company not sending a notice to keeper, and ask the dvla who accessed the registered keeper database, and when that was. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Great, thanks for the advice.
Do you know the address & email for UCS Parking Ltd? I went to their website, but it's a rather simple payment option only, no other info!
I started the template letter like this, is this ok?
I have received correspondence from TNC Parking Services Ltd in regards to the above PCN. Since I have never seen the ticket, or received any correspondence from you in this matter, I am treating this as first correspondence.

As the registered keeper, I have received your parking invoice which of course, I decline your invitation to pay. I wish to invoke your appeals process, since all liability to your company is denied on the following basis:[/FONT]0 -

see this thread here too http://forums.pepipoo.com/lofiversion/index.php/t78136.html

also read this more recent one that is similar

Hmmmm they were non trading in April 2013, roll onto April 2014 and are still non trading, think that needs complaining about, a non trading business is quite obviously trading.

You should appeal to TNC, treating it as if it is a NTK.
See the NEWBIES thread and also see lollyhugz thread about P4Parking/Nighthawk, where they also use TNC. She complained to the BPA about TNC doing exactly this - and the PCN was cancelled and TNC were told to stop using the above misleading letter.
So, you will need to complain as well, after sending off the appeal, because we can predict you will get the same rubbish reply that lollyhugz did.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ah ok, I have already sent the letter off to UCS in Sun Street now.
I guess I just wait & see what they come back with now?0 -
I think I would do the same with TNC too , a double whammy , telling them you have complained to the parking company0
