This is a bargain
Benefit porefessional is £24.50 for 22ml in boots
Elle magazine is £4 and has a free sample size which is 7.5ml so buy 3 of those for £12 and you have saved £12.50 and they are in a handy handbag size.

Has anyone tried the Jess range of nail polish in Poundland? There are some very fancy colours...wibble...
I saw them a few weeks ago. I was especially drawn to a lovely clear polish with old gold coloured sparkle called "harmony". Bought it originally to put in girl's cmas stockings, but once home I realised how pretty it would look on summer toes, and also realised it matched perfectly a dress I may wear to a black tie event in a few weeks, soooooo I kept it! Currently have it on my tootsies. Can't comment on the quality yet, but I only need it to survive one evening on my fingernails, and it was only a pound. No buying unnecessary toiletries 2014. Yey weekend at last:j
2 UUs Atrix mini and Lush Brazened Honey Face Mask.
I might buy some unneeded products from the gorgeous St Kitts over the weekend, down south west and would like a shower gel and moisuriser to go with my scrub, BF gave me some money for a treat last week so technically I wouldn't be being too naughty:DHave a good weekend all!
Debt free and busy treating myself:)
No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales0 -

Uu Percy and Reed volumising conditioner 50ml wasn't impressed with this one, there are many cheaper products that are more effective so wnba,
Uu 7 sachets of l'occitane divine cream, I almost wish I hadn't tried this as I am completely in love with it but it's sooooooo expensive

Hey, nothing to report *yet*.... but first I'm after a bit of advice...
My hair is in such bad condition I've had to go from waist length to shoulder length in 3 months in an attempt to get it healthy, Ideally she'd of taken another 2 inches off it this time, but that was waaay too scary a prospect. I have horrific split ends, but I didn't use any heat on it, I only even blow dry it once every couple months, I don't use chemicals on it, it isn't died, I use a conditioning mask twice a week, and use hair serum every so often... Does anyone have any idea what I can do to try help it out?
The next problem... I don't like my new hair cut the straight/wavy it goes naturally, so I'm now wanting to put lose curls in every now and then, any suggestions as to how to protect my hair when I do ?
xI hope you know your capable, & brave, & significant.

People massively underestimate mechanical damage to their hair, in my experience. How often do you brush your hair? Do you ever brush it when wet? Tying it back can also cause damage if you do it tightly. Do you toss and turn a lot in bed?! Even rubbing it against your pillow can cause breakages.
Hair grows at approx half an inch a month. When your hair was at its longest, if it was 30" then the ends were five years old  Think how often those ends have been brushed, twiddled, billowed around by the wind until they're knotty, how much they rubbed against your clothes, were pulled through a hair bobble…
Some hair types are unfortunately just more delicate than others. My hair is curly and I have lots of it but each individual strand is fine and I get damage very easily. I never, EVER brush my hair now, about once a week I use a super-wide toothed comb in the shower when it's sopping wet and dripping with conditioner to detangle near the roots -- the rest of the time I just finger comb it when wet. If I'm going out and want extra volume I'll use a diffuser (maybe once every 2 months) to dry it, but only ever on the coolest setting and just until my hair is about 70% dry. I try my hardest not to touch it and wash every 5 or so days, which isn't difficult as curly hair is much less prone to getting greasy; the scalp oils struggle to make their way down the coily shaft.
You could try a protein reconstructor, I use Joico K-Pak occasionally, it's pricey but very good. What about a coconut oil treatment? Buy virgin coconut oil (you can get it from the ethnic food section in larger supermarkets for about £6 a jar), warm it until it's liquid, cover your hair and leave it overnight, then wash it out in the morning.
With regards to the splits you already have, in order to truly eliminate the damage you have to cut double the size of the split; so if your split ends are 1 inch long, you need to cut off 2 inches as the damage continues up the inside of the shaft and will resplit soon after if not trimmed short enough.
I wouldn't recommend any type of heat to curl if your hair is already struggling. Try googling or youtubing "heatless curls" for some ideas.
Sorry for War & Peace! Hope some of that helps a little xx0
