tooties I hope it all settles down for you soon.
Spent £3.20 to post a birthday pressie so am dithering about whether this should be a no spend day....... Decided that the spend should form part of the presents original cost I.e. It was money committed to when I bought the pressie, therefore it is NSD 2 :T

    Phew.

    Good thinking there!;)

    Well my current exclusions from spending are;
    • petrol
    • milk
    • one exercise class *

    * Don't know why I included that as I hardly ever go to any which is why I have a stomach that can do it's own Mexican Wave!

With your permission I would like to include the following
    • One printed sheet relating to house purchase

I get the impression I may be doing a few one sheets of printing, and I need a copy of the quote from the solicitors for my mortgage meeting tomorrow.

SO....before this turns into a Ronnie Corbutt sketch :rotfl: (although usually his sketches weren't that funny) I shall claim

    NSD 1 :D

You can include anything you want,it's up to you.It depends on what you want to get out of the challenge.I was very strict in the beginning;everything counted as a spend.
    Like I said,I don't count prescriptions,and logically,photocopying the prescription don't count as a spend either.

Been a couple of days of niggly spends again, like £1.19 yesterday in sainsbobs, for something I can only get there, which OH specifically requested and it made sense to get it then as I could do a loop to do other things that end of town. I am thinking of revising my rules but then I feel I might slip back into old ways of spending those off £1 / £2 spends which were my reason for joining this challenge.

Still, today was nsd #6 went for another run at lunchtime, 2 miles again, a slightly easier route than before and prob a slightly slower pace but I managed all the way round to chat, and not feel like I was going to keel over, which is a big difference. AND I really enjoyed it :D

Been good tonight, made two ingredient oat and banana bites (guess the ingredients :rotfl:) although added sultanas and a tiny squeeze of golden syrup to mine. Also made coconut, banana and pineapple smoothie .....again, the clue is in the description. :rotfl:I've started keeping smoothed in jam jars (very trendy :D) that I make and taking them to work as a fruit dose at lunchtime. I know there's nothing added if I make them (expect the odd shot of rum...KIDDING ) and I prefer them to the juicing fad - ie all the sugar of fruit, none of the fibre.

    Evening all

Well I've achieved a grand total of 2 or 3 so far. It was little mans first birthday on Sunday so I have been spending on bits and bobs for him over the last week or two and I'm also back at work and been spending there. Not good.
    Just checked and it's 3 NSD's

    Hope everyone's well.
