I'm on an Orange contract and can view my usage through the website, through the APP, and new to me is texting bundle to 150.... weird that none of these methods are working for you.0

you people for whom bundle works, are you on tmobile/ee/orange, or just orange?0

Not with my Tmobile SIM only, - iThe Tmob app and the new EE app has never shown the data I use on my contracted SIM only. The Tmob and EE website where I log in to see my account has never shown any data usage either. The links I gave in post#2 do show my data usage almost in real time (when the page works) and when I use up my allowance it gives options for more free data (250mb) or purchase a booster.
It seems different people get different results with being able to view your data usage.
EDIT: actually the MyEE app is displaying my used data!

Tesco - no questionnaires, marketing texts etc - just a text once a month to tell me my bill is ready, when it will be due, and how much for (it used to drive me mad that t-mobile would tell me my bill was ready but I had to log onto my online account to see how much it was for):eek::eek: LBM 11/05/2010 - WE DID IT - DMP of £62000 paid off in 7 years:jDFD April20170

Orange and T-Mobile (as well as O2, Vodafone and Talk Mobile). If you use the phone it's always up to date, instant, quick, easy and accurate (apart from possibly per second billing, but I've never needed to worry about that since I always stop using any given phone when I've made a call which leaves me within 50 minutes of my bundle).
I have no idea why anyone would want to rely on what any of the networks tell you at any time!0 -
I've three phones on t-mobile and two of them give data left on the website. The website was down for quite some time about a month ago because they were upgrading it and it has been there since it came back.
Log in, down the left hand side there are menu options, go to my unbilled usage, and figures for data allowance remaining come up as well as texts and calls.0 -
