Do not look on this as a victory, even four victories, look upon it as an opportunity to do them serious damage.

Firstly, contact Trading Standards at the Council, (not Consumer Direct, who are useless), and say that this company, which operate in supermarket car parks, are trying to get money by misrepresentation.

Secondly, go to your Managing Agents with all the paperwork, and demand that they read it. Insist that they call off their poodles or you will play hardball, not only with UKPC, but with them as they and their agents are compromising your quiet enjoyment of your property, possible a criminal Offence under Landlord and Tenant Acts.

Finally inform the local council Housing Officer of the scam, tell him that UKPC manage many Housing Association sites and HA tenants are more likely to pay up than more savvy owner occupiers.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Do you know what, I was just mentally composing a letter to Zenith/UKPC/The Other !!!!wads begging them to take me to court.

Your post has given me serious cause for thought. I take it the only "damage" I can inflict is them wasting time, money and resources responding?

They are not going to take you to court, no matter how much you beg them so to do.

Save your fire for Trading Standards, local paper, local radio, MP, chamber of commerce, managing agents, landlord, other residents. Leaflet residents' cars, get them to shout at the management agents, kick !!!!.
