PCN No.1: POPLA sent, nothing received.
<EDIT1> This was also the one that could have been settled for the 15 quid "goodwill" payment.
<EDIT2>: Just received letter from UKPC apologising and stating that "...We have investigated the appeal based on information submitted by yourself and can confirm that the Parking Charge has been cancelled..."
PCN No. 2: POPLA sent, won on GEOL but this morning I've received a letter from UKPC apologising and stating that "...We have investigated the appeal based on information submitted by yourself and can confirm that the Parking Charge has been cancelled..." This is, of course, bollox as I "won" in a POPLA appeal.
PCN No. 3: POPLA sent, no evidence from UKPC, appeal "won" by me.
<EDIT2>: Just received two identical letters from UKPC apologising and stating that "...We have investigated the appeal based on information submitted by yourself and can confirm that the Parking Charge has been cancelled..."
<EDIT4>: Just received another "...We have investigated the appeal based on information submitted by yourself and can confirm that the Parking Charge has been cancelled..." for this PCN. That's three apologies for the same PCN.
PCN No. 4: This is the one where I didn't mention POPLA, got a reply with the rejection of my appeal to them (no mention of POPLA) and started the threatograms chain. Just two: a demand for £100 and a Final Demand (lots of big red letters for £100). This morning I got one from DRP demanding payment of unpaid parking charge of £160.
<EDIT3>: Just got the "Notice of intended court action - unpaid parking charge..." letter from "Ann Stone, Litigation Manager".0 -

That's kind of them lolWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Thus, it appears that those scamps at DRP were trying to take advantage of me by offering to accept only £128 from me. These people at Zenith appear to be much, much nicer.
Apart from the fact they are both one and the same! :rotfl:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

In the nicest possible way I would so love to see UKPC take you to court for this final PCN. It would be of immense satisfaction to see you produce the chain of other PCNs and their cancellations/wins at POPLA for the same "offences " in the same week. Would certainly call into question their reasoning for taking it to court.
Sadly (not sadly for you though) it seems UKPC don't do court, so you will just get the chain of threatograms.
And fancy calling DRP scamps!
Will be interesting to see of there are any more updates I.
