Went to the docs just over a week ago just for a check up and was told to go on a low salt, low sugar diet , since I had my injury I've put on quite a bit of weight. So decided to go on a low carb diet.
    In 9 days I've lost just under 5kg :T

I was also told to go to the surgery and take my blood pressure on the machine in the waiting room as whenever the doc takes it it's always sky high. Well that is down as well :)

I'm doing one at Blaise in August. Sadly I will be on holiday when the Bristol 10k is on ;)

Good luck though. I've done it before and it was pretty cool :D

Remember the French are on holiday at different times to us;):T:T:T

Thanks, I checked this when booking Disney Paris but unfortunately the only different dates to ours were in May and we couldn't go then. Maybe ( fingers crossed) next year.

So are there centerparcs in France or do you mean eurocamp? Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

We had a mortgage whereby you paid the interest twice a year and then in addition we paid something off the original amount once a year - it was a works friendly society mortgage. The interest payments were only about £360 every 6 months so not too bad.
I also tried to pay £1000 off the mortgage itself each year - it was desperate trying to get that much together I have no idea how we did it. The month leading up to mortgage date was a nightmare.
At the time coupon usage was in full flow so it made a major difference - made sure we could eat, pay bills and get the mortgage money together.
This is the last 10 to 15 years so not the dark ages
