Definitely complain!! I used Live Chat to complain about out of date packet sauce mixes which remained on the shelves for over a week after I initially complained, and I got a £10 voucher. Out of date herbs and spices is one thing, but out of date meat is unacceptable.

That looks a good one. :T

Thing to remember with Sainsbury glitches they don't often show until you have pressed finish and pay unlike Ts where you can do a subtotal and see the glitch before.

I complained a couple of weeks ago when nearly a whole shelf of chilled milkshakes were out of date by 10 days+ and got £10 voucher. I always think about buying the item first and then complaining as I think you should get more as they are actually breaking the law by selling you an item that is past its Used By (not best before) date.
