There's something definitely going on: just added 2 of those hams with 1 pastrami and no savings discount is coming up (despite both included in the deal online).

no savings showing for me :)

Forgot to ask, LEJC, did you have any joy with the Finest pasta? I went back to my usual Extra yesterday and scanned everything in sight, but it was all still full price. :(

I went in yesterday morning and they had cleared all the RTC and replaced it with lots of new products...
There was still some finest pasta but no spaghetti or the other one so I guess I must have been too slow on any that were reduced.

Even where the pasta sauces and homepride sauces had been earlier in the week there were rows of new products all at new prices so boo to my T for being too quick to change displays!

OK, now slightly annoyed. Have been waiting in all morning for OH to come and pick me up to go and do a job that needs two people, he has been trying to get another job done. Just had a call that he is stuck and I am no longer required. HALF A DAY WASTED! Doesn't he realise I could have been 1p hunting

Have to go to Superdrug today because DS presented me with a £10 SD vch last night that I gave him weeeeks ago saying he won't be able to use it!!! (expires today)

Had planned a day in the house.

Anyone tell me what the 1p items are as I have to go out now and had just started to have a bit of a read back?

I complained a couple of weeks ago when nearly a whole shelf of chilled milkshakes were out of date by 10 days+ and got £10 voucher. I always think about buying the item first and then complaining as I think you should get more as they are actually breaking the law by selling you an item that is past its Used By (not best before) date.

If you don't have Saturday's receipt complain.
If you still have Saturday's receipt, complain even louder!

They saved you the embarrassment at checkout though.
    They're scanning at £5.99 now not 2 quid :(
Edit: I should say they were scanning at £5.99 in my local yesterday :(

For some reason not all the quotes have appeared which I tried to quote in this reply.

Thanks for all the replies. I have just phoned customer services and have a £5 giftcard on the way as a thank you for bringing it to their attention.

I already received a refund from Saturdays meat, so I am happy with that.(as they refunded me £12 even though I only paid £4, but I didn't inform them of the price error;))
I've also requested a call back from the manager at the store to ensure they have removed all the items, and ask him why they didn't act on the initial complaint I made on Saturday.

Like coffee? Try this at Tosco* - Kenco Wholebean Millicano Sunlight Tin 95G is on offer at £2.19 (was £4.39) but you can print off a £1 off voucher + in store they should have 75p off vouchers near the tills/customer service desk. Failing that ask for one.
