As a prudent mummy's boy, I call my mum a minimum of twice a day & whenever I see her (she's in Aberdeen I'm in Glasgow, so not as easy as it used to be) I give her a kiss! I'm 26 & don't care, OH hates it

I love it! My DS1 who's nearly 19 is a definite Mummy's boy. He even has a (free) personalised gilette razor that says so! :D
I speak to him every day and there's no shortage of hugs when I see him.

Just imagine them looking at an Elite's statement that did loads of 99p H&M orders among other things. :rotfl:

I know all about not fitting in, in the 1990s me and Mr TS were stuck in a 1 bedroom flat with 2 children with over £20,000 negative equity. I hope things look up for you dipdap like they eventually did for me. ;)

My two kids are both thinking about mortgages in the relatively near future, don't think either stands a chance now :( We were very lucky, we moved in here 29 years ago, had to remortgage at one stage, but the house is now worth about 6 times what we paid for it and we owe less than £10,000 on it :D I don't think we could afford to buy it these days though. We have more than enough space now the kids have fledged, and we have a nice garden and it is in a lovely area.
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare
