When is transaction concluded?

I agree with the above. I've had the same. Actually one idiot who left negative feedback for what he claimed was a faulty item, then he tried to sell it as new, failed to sell and then claimed inr. Ebay found in my favour and suspended the buyer.to the OP.... We have had this in the past. mostly due too an error on the buyers side /not inr. However we have had feedback and inr claimed. if the feedback was specific and not generic ebay would side with the seller.
eg. feedback left "nice fluffy slippers, received promptly"
Obvious from the above feedback example the buyer has the slippers lol
Also they will side with the seller if there is info in "ebay my messages" if the buyer admits to receiving the item. Regardless of tracking..0 -
If you are a business seller, then UK and EU legislation trumps eBay and PayPal's rules, and your liability may be a lot longer (up to 6 years) than anything eBay/PayPal imposes in their T&Cs.Doesn't really matter when we think a transaction is concluded, only when eBay/PayPal say it is , if you sell via them.Philip0
