    Also they will side with the seller if there is info in "ebay my messages" if the buyer admits to receiving the item. Regardless of tracking.
    I agree with the above. I've had the same. Actually one idiot who left negative feedback for what he claimed was a faulty item, then he tried to sell it as new, failed to sell and then claimed inr. Ebay found in my favour and suspended the buyer.

    If you are a business seller, then UK and EU legislation trumps eBay and PayPal's rules, and your liability may be a lot longer (up to 6 years) than anything eBay/PayPal imposes in their T&Cs.
