Just received a PCN from Vehicle Control Services Ltd with pictures showing I was stopped for 10 seconds on the 'privately operated access roads' to Robin Hood airport. The reason I stopped was to look at the sign on the building opposite as I had an appointment to visit them and that was where they were located on a previous occasion. The sign had changed and the business had moved. I set off as soon as I realised this fact. What should I do, pay the £60 or ignore the PCN?

If you also live in England or Wales then you should do neither of the above - you should make an appeal against it - see the sticky NEWBIES thread for advice and a template 1st appeal letter

We have 100% record of winning appeals at POPLA stage, for over a year now. As CC says, also simply search this forum for 'Robin Hood Airport' and copy what others have used as their POPLA appeals, as we always win. Here's one like yours at the same stage:

But a simple 'search this forum' of keywords 'Robin Hood' would find you all the dozens of others recently where people have already won at POPLA.
