I got payment confirmation but no follow up booking confirmation and I see lucyloe further up this thread had a similar problem. I filled in the "contact us" form and am still waiting for a reply.

How many bookings can you make with 1 priority code? I've booked one, we've just managed to book a few more days off work in July, entered my details and says maximum number of holidays booked using this code? Help!

Depends on what was on the letter,some people had multiple booking codes and others a one booking.

How long before haven send conformation ?
Also how easy is it getting an upgrade and how much dose it generally cost?? Thanks

)ou should hear by May 30th from the park direct. You should have got payment confirmation and holiday confirmation emails from the Sun. In the holiday confirmation email will be a link to use if you haven't heard by the 30th. Upgrades and price depends on the time of year and availability,info will be in camps confirmation or by phoning the site themselves

Anyone know (going from Previous years) Do they release another lots of collecting tokens in July 2014??? If so at start or end and of July and what dates you can book for??? Do you think they would have the any for end of august or Just for Autum???? Big ask but I know some of you are really good on hear... So thanks in advance...

The July promotion is normally for £9.50 holiday starting in mid September. £15 summers holidays are were offered in January and the current promotion.

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone got Holywell bay or Crantock Beach in August? I always put these two as my first choices and have never been lucky. Am I wasting my time putting these first as I have never seen anyone who says they managed to book them in peak time.
