Thanks Carmina,I don't have Excel, used to like it but haven't used it for years.

Try LibreOffice. It is Open Source Software and therefore totally free.

It includes the equivalent of Word, Excel, Access and other programs.

It is all very much like the Microsoft programs and has advantages and disadvantages to these.

They all run fine on windows.

    A little warning for people.

    * BEFORE booking *
    1) You can book as many times as you like
    2) priority reference codes can be used many times but only by the same person/email address

    Hi

Martins email suggests anyone can book online now and keep amending until they get date/park of choice. Is this correct? Previously when I tried booking online without priority code I had to put in payment details before it told me which park/date. I've moved house and don't receive the priority booking codes and even though I've emailed for them in the past they only respond after the websites opened so often too late for dates I want.

We don't mean the last code but codeword number 7 which with the bonus word totals to the 8 that we need to enter the booking office.
I'm not sure if people without priority code numbers can use the bonus word or not.

Hi and please excuse my naivety but when the code on Friday is released, can we then go for booking with the 8th being the bonus code?

Sorry to be a pain but I need to be quite specific about a booking.

    That's with a priority code.
Without a priority code it's the same as you said, pay first then find out when and where.

If you've had a holiday within the last 2 years you're entitled to a priority code.
I had to email them as my post still hadn't come and got a reply with my code within 4 hrs.
Someone else said they had a reply within 1 hr
If they dont reply you can keep bothering them, just jot down the ticket number for future emails.
